With a value of $275.00 - In September at the Commander SAAZ Competition: two nights at the Holiday Inn on Cocoa Beach with prepaid tickets to all of the competitions associated event... typically an awards dinner, tasting party and bus pub crawl. KEY for statistics: Jdg=Judge, JgA=Alternate Judge, Stw=Steward, ent=Entry but no medal

RULES:
  • Points are awarded each month: 5 points for 1st place, 4 points for 2nd place, 3 points for 3rd place, and 1 point for entering (but not in the top three).
  • Earn 1 point for each AHA-sanctioned Florida competition entered, and earn 1 point for each AHA-sanctioned competition outside of Florida (up to a maximum of 5 non-Florida competitions). Competition results must be completed before the December DBG meeting to qualify. Entry form receipt (or score sheet) is proof of entry.
  • Enter in any category, but limit of one entry total per brewer.
  • A brewing "team" may have an entry, but any points awarded go to the team, and are not split up amongst the team members.
